Ilia State University (ISU) is one of the biggest, rapidly developing and the most advanced state universities in Georgia. Admissions Requirement

  • Student should have completed High School Diploma or Class 12 with Biology & Chemistry as a major subject with min 60% marks.

  • Documents Required

  • Printed application

  • Copy of class 10th, & 12/high school diploma with academic scripts indicating Biology & Chemistry Marks

  • Original document issued by competent authority certifying applicant right to apply and continue their education in university in the country of origin

  • Health certificate issued not earlier than a month

  • Valid ID Proof/ Passport Copies

  • 4 Recent photographs

Admission Procedure

  • Submit filled in application along with the required documents.

  • Receive offer letter from university in 3-4 working days.

  • Remit part amount of the fee mentioned in the offer letter to the university account directly.

  • Share the proof of payment.

  • Translation of the certificates into Georgian language and submission of certificates at relevant ministry for admission and visa approval - to be completed by Pedagogy Educational Services.

  • Receive final admission letter and ministry papers required for the visa.

  • Once after receiving admission letter and confirmation letter, apply to Georgian Embassy and submit with original passport with checklist of the documents required for visa – would be done by Pedagogy Educational Services.

  • After getting the visa stamped, student can book the ticket and inform the date of arrival in Tbilisi, Georgia.

  • Pedagogy Educational Services representative will receive the student at the airport & would be accommodated for that day.

  • The next day, all the admission process would be completed in the university by Pedagogy Educational Services representative like final payment of fee, completing final application process, reporting to university and hostel etc.,

  • Assistance in procuring TRC, Insurance, Local sim card, Bank account would be done by Pedagogy Educational Services representative and also assistance during the entire length of stay in Georgia.

Other important information

  • Accommodation: 1200 US$ every year

  • Medical Insurance: 600 US$ (100 USD every year)

  • Temporary Residence Permission and Medical Check-Up: 200 USD onetime payment

  • Other Expenses (Administrative Fee, Admission Fee, Registration Fee, Airport Reception Charges, Immigration Clearance Charges, etc): 1800 US$ ONLY FOR FIRST YEAR

  • Pedagogy Educational Services Service Fees: INR 1,70,000/-

  • At the time of Registration: INR 85,000/-

  • Before departing: INR 85,000/-

Accommodation

University has student dormitories on sharing basis of 2-3 students & accommodation available near university. Average cost on monthly basis including lodging, food and other miscellaneous expenses around $250/- to $350/- per month.
