Refund/Return Policy

This is Service Pedagogy Educational Services policy for Online Payments, Refunds and Cancellations (“Policy”). This policy applies only to activities Pedagogy Educational Services (“Company”) engages in on its website www.pedagogyedn.com (“Website”) and does not apply to Pedagogy Educational Services activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the website.

  • All payments must be done through bank transfer, or online to our business account
  • When a contract is signed, you can cancel it within 5 working days and get the full fee refund.
  • If the contract is cancelled after 5 working days and before start of course, then you would be charged 30%
  • If the contract is cancelled after the start of course, a charge of 50% is applied
  • If the contract is cancelled after week of the course, there would be no admin refund.
  • The institutes refund policy is different from our admin refund policy and it varies from one institute to the other.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
